WebAttention has Moved!

As you may be aware, Thermal Degree took control of WebAttention in July 2007. Since then we've been successfully running WebAttention alongside a number of our other hosting brands. However, the number of products and features we offer are always increasing, and we've decided to simplify matters by fully integrating WebAttention with our main brand, Vidahost.

This will streamline our operations and allow us to provide the best possible service at the best possible price - our entry-level hosting packages now start at just £17/year +VAT, and managed dedicated servers from £95 +VAT. We are also adding the excellent R1Soft backup system free of charge with all accounts - you can read more here.

Effective immediately you can now access your client area from My.Vidahost. Your login details remain exactly the same, as do your hosting packages, domain names, pricing, invoice and transaction histories, support tickets etc

For support needs, please e-mail support@vidahost.com. Any e-mails sent to Webattention addresses will be forwarded to this new support system. The same team will be answering your tickets as always and we are also pleased to provide a freephone number, 0800 047 0417, available 9am - 11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Vidahost also has newly launched customer forums at Forum.Vidahost.com. Please register for a forums account and join our growing community! We have created a thread where you can post any queries about the WebAttention transfer, in this thread.
